We have been training drivers for over 65 years and thanks to our thorough hiring process as well as our rigorous driver training and safety programs every RLB school bus driver is well prepared to transport our students under a variety of challenging road conditions in both city and rural roadways. At RLB, we know that each student needs to get to school safely and on time. We do so each day with the care and respect that each student, parent, teacher and administrator deserves. Our specially trained drivers and aides are prepared to handle all of the challenges that may arise from transporting students.

We supplement all regulatory requirements with our own high standards to maintain all our vehicles for safe student transportation. We follow a strict, computerized maintenance programs and keep comprehensive records on each vehicle and our focus on a strong preventative maintenance program limits the possibility of having vehicle related issues.
