All tours do not depart from all locations. Each trip itinerary will list the boarding points for that tour. Use of any location is for the convenience of Red Lion passengers only, and permission to use is granted only with agreement of each passenger to hold harmless Red Lion Tours & Travel and affiliated companies, all employees, representative, & agents of the aforementioned businesses, & owners/managers of any location for any liability for vehicle, vehicle contents, and personal safety whether accidental or the result of negligent or criminal activity.

No refunds or transfers if you cannot find, get to, or arrive late at the departure location due to traffic, road conditions, weather, or other reason. Please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for the malfunction of your vehicle, alarm clock, loss of electricity, or other situations outside the control of Red Lion Tours & Travel.

DIRECTIONS TO DEPARTURE LOCATIONS FOR ESCORTED TOURS Parking Location Maps Location Directions Cape Horn From Red Lion Square, North Main Street, Rt. 24, go about 1 mile North. Turn left on Lombard Road, then right into Cape Horn Square Shopping Center. Queensgate From Exit 16 of I-83, go North on Queen Street toward York. Turn right at 2 nd traffic light. Go one block, turn left, then right into Queensgate Shopping Center. Grandview Plaza From Rt. 30, exit onto New Holland Avenue. Go 1 mile west. Turn left into Grandview Plaza. Capital City From Exit 39 of I-83, go east on Lewisberry Road, Rt. 114 to traffic light. Turn left onto Old York Road . Go about ¼ mile. Turn right into airport entrance, onto Airport Road. Proceed to “Airport Parking” area. Hunt Valley From Exit 20A of I-83, go east on Shawan Road toward the Hunt Valley Towne Centre.  Turn left just past the MTA Light Rail Station and park in the Wal-Mart lot.  (Park straight out from Wal-Mart at the back of the lot.) Northern MD From Exit 36 of I-83, Exit onto Rt. 439 , Old York Road to Park & Ride.

Passengers must board only at LOCATION SHOWN ON tour confirmation. If you want to change your boarding location, PLEASE CALL RED LION. The Motorcoach will only stop at locations where passengers have a reservation. If not at location shown on ticket, you may be a “No Show” and you may miss your departure. You are ineligible for any refund if the motorcoach departs without you.
