For Proof of Citizenship to travel to Canada and Mexico by land, a Government issued state certified birth certificate with a raised seal and a Government issued Photo Identification (Ex. Driver's License) can still be used in 2008. By June 1, 2009, or a time determined by the Department of Homeland Security, a US Passport will be required for all travel outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to have proper documentation. If you are not a US citizen, it is your responsibility to know what you need and to have the proper documentation. Expenses incurred for hotels and transportation if you are refused entry into Canada or the United States because of not having proper documentation are yours. There will be no refund for any unused portion of the tour.
